Shanganagh Community Garden

After a long wait the Shanganagh Community Garden is now up and running, all plots have been taken and all but 1 or 2 are well stocked with young and mature produce.

You will notice from the photos how much work has been done by the gardeners. This was very hard work and the gardeners should br very proud of what they have achieved in such a short time.

A cabin is on site and it has electricity and water so the gardeners can boil a kettle and have a cuppa and a chat when ever they want a break from their hard work.
You will be able to take a walk around the garden on 21st August when the garden will be officially opened.
